When you’re dealing with electrical problems on your tractor, a reliable splice can mean the difference between getting the job done and sitting in the shop. Whether it’s fixing a broken wire on your work lights or splicing into power feeds for new equipment, these vinyl insulated butt connectors give you a solid connection that won’t let you down when there’s work to do.

What You’re Getting

  • Pure copper construction with tin plating resists corrosion in farm conditions
  • Funnel entry design makes wire insertion quick and easy, even with work gloves on
  • V-groove serrations grab the wire and hold tight after crimping
  • Color-coded red insulator makes it easy to identify 8 AWG wire size at a glance
  • 2-pack gives you a spare for your toolbox

Built for Real Farm Work

These connectors handle the kind of electrical work you’ll face around the farm—from splicing into 12-volt power feeds for work lights and beacons to repairing broken wires in implement harnesses. They’re sized for 8 AWG wire, which is commonly used for higher-current applications like hydraulic valve solenoids, work light circuits, and auxiliary power connections on tractors and equipment.

Made to Last

Farm equipment electrical systems face moisture, vibration, dust, and temperature swings that can cause cheap connectors to fail. These are built from pure copper for maximum conductivity, then tin-plated to resist corrosion. The vinyl insulation stays flexible in cold weather and won’t crack from UV exposure or chemical contact.

Installation Notes

Use a proper crimp tool for the best connection—don’t try to make it work with pliers. Strip about 1/4 inch of insulation from each wire end, slide the wires into the connector until they meet in the middle, then crimp both ends. A little dielectric grease on the wire ends helps prevent corrosion in wet conditions.
