You know that feeling when your disc harrow just isn’t cutting residue like it used to? When thick corn stalks and matted crop residue start bending instead of getting properly chopped? This 26-inch crimp center disc blade brings back that aggressive cutting action you need. The crimp center design adds extra stiffness and cutting power right where you need it most, turning your harrow back into the residue-busting machine it should be.

Key Features

  • Heavy 1/4-inch thick boron steel construction handles the toughest field conditions without bending or chipping
  • 8-inch crimp center provides additional stiffness and cutting power for tackling heavy residue
  • 46-52 Rockwell hardness gives you the perfect balance of edge retention and durability
  • Single punch hole design fits standard 1-1/2 inch square axles with no modifications needed
  • Smooth edge works great for finishing passes and mixing residue into the soil

Built for Real Farm Work

This blade fits disc harrows with 1-1/2 inch square axles, making it perfect for mid-size to larger farming operations. Whether you’re working corn ground, soybean stubble, or wheat fields, the 26-inch diameter gives you plenty of cutting surface while the crimp center adds that extra strength you need when conditions get tough.

Made to Last

Osmundson doesn’t mess around with blade materials. This Boron 15B26 steel maintains the perfect hardness range – hard enough at 46-52 Rockwell to hold an edge through acres of tough tillage, but not so brittle it shatters when you clip that hidden field stone. The 1/4-inch thickness provides the beef needed for long service life in demanding conditions.

Installation Notes

This is a direct replacement that bolts right on – no modifications needed. When replacing blades, never mix worn and new on the same gang – the diameter difference creates uneven cutting that leaves mohawk strips. Consider ordering a full gang set since shipping costs are often the same, and you’ll need them eventually anyway.
